1) To provide a courteous, prompt and professional service for Clients with regard to the National Estate Agents Association guidelines as they apply in Guernsey.
2) To have regard for our Client at all times, remembering that our duty of care lies with our Client. (the party who pays our fee).
3) To give prospective purchasers information and assistance to enable the sale to progress without delay whilst still maintaining our duty of care to our Client.
4) To advise prospective clients with regard to valuations on their property and also to give any further advice or information, if relevant, with regard to avoid overpricing to obtain instructions.
COMPANY DETAILS
What we do…
1) We handle all aspects of property sales, including Open and Local market residential homes, shops and offices, from initial marketing through to legal completion of sale.
2) We advise our clients with regard to the marketing of their property and also keep in contact during the marketing period and particularly when a sale has been agreed.
3) We advise prospective purchasers of properties which are available for sale and give them any additional information if required.
4) We accompany all prospective purchasers whilst viewing properties, whether for sale or rent (except in the case of 'Net Rate' instructions..
5) We value residential and commercial property whether for sale or rental.
6) We hold an Auctioneer's Licence for the auction of real property.
7) We provide valuations which are required to be presented to and approved by the Royal Court prior to the sale of property in which a Guardian has been appointed.
8) We provide a Property Management service including screening potential tenants and maintaining the property on our Clients' behalf.
